This is my work in progress list… and how I keep track of my word count.
Due to getting used to a new med I slept two days this week and spent a lot of time reading. I didn’t even try to make the daily writing goals. Still, I don’t think I did too badly.
The Deadline for Stolen skins is approaching fast. I am going to be digging in and finishing it this week.
Because I feel lazy – and I really wasn’t – I am likely to be doing more writing this week. Mental health is a bit fun like that sometimes.
I am going to be doing the art corner instead of Tuesday Tunes this week. I did some resin work and I really want to share it.
I don’t often submit my poetry unless it is requested. The reason is I end up getting rejection notices more often than not. It makes my thoughts about my poetry sour. I realize that everyone gets rejection notices and they don’t mean anything about my poetry but they make it harder to put the poetry out there. Part of my own mind on this is I have likely chosen the wrong one to send.
I know that they were not my readers, my readers enjoy my poetry. still rejection stinks. so I will likely either hesitate or decide to push it until I find someone that takes my work.

As can be seen this week was a busy writing week. I think I got poems in almost all the open volumes. I got word counts in a couple of places. I also looked into hiring a developmental editor (Partners in Crime book services) for Kingdoms of Sin. Mostly because I would love to see it released next year. This week should be the usual posts.

This week I squirrelled a lot instead of writing. Some weeks are more art than words, and this is one of those. As a matter of fact I don’t want to deal with the book review tomorrow so I am planning on an art post instead.
