Pad challenge Day 2

Prompt: Childhood Objects

(no keyboard today) ☺️

Pad challenge Day one

Prompt: Declaration

I have been thinking about how I want to do the poems for the pad challenge on the blog. I always do my poetry for the blog on lovely images to make it look nice… but I feel like I need to do it differently for the daily poem. So I decided to go with a screenshot (I included the keyboard this morning. I don’t know if it will be in all of them) that way I can do the pretty image for Monday poetry and it will be a good thing still.

Busy busy blogger

So… the next couple of months are busy ones.

I am going to be doing the sketchtember, drawtober, and November pad challenges. That means that you will be seeing a daily post on here for the next few months. (I have already done a few of the drawings for sketchy tembers to make sure I can keep up. Especially since I am going to be doing the half marathon for the poetry marathon.)

With all of the other things I have going on… I am keeping the drawings posts simple. I will post the art and the prompt I used.

Pad day 19

Today the prompt was Myth of (blank).

Pad day 17

Today the prompt was to write a risk poem.

Pad day 16

Today the prompt was to write a panel poem. He gave all sorts of suggestions for what a panel is…but I am an old comic nerd….so I saw panel and thought comics.

Pad day 15

Today the prompt was a 2 for Tuesday. It was thought or thoughtless. Since I felt like I needed to put more thought into the thought end of it… I went, as I often do, with the thoughtless idea.

Pad day 14

Today the prompt was (blank) story. I chose to do My Story.

PAD Day 13

Today the prompt was late…as in at almost 10 it is still not up. I chose to use a prompt I already had – Ghosted.

Pad day 12

The prompt today did not inspire ( it was to write a future poem)… however I was stuck in a loop dream last night. So I used that. Pad challenge prompts are not a binding contract of you must write about this… they are just ideas that are to inspire the creative process. I post one myself to the Fae Corps Publishing Blog every day in November and in April. I personally use the Writer’s Digest version- see my previous Pad day posts for that link. Or I search Tumblr for poetry prompts. Inspiration is always out there if you are willing to look for it.
