Against my self I have pushed,My dreams all feel just so rushed. So tired of not being top priority. Not to me, not to anybody. No self care,no self esteem,Tired of no self that I can gleam

Prompt Tired of (Blank)Poem A Day challenge

Today was game day. I have a group that meets twice a month, We play D20 tabletop rpgs.   I Do the gm’ing most of the time. we occasionally alternate to give me a chance to play. It runs for the whole afternoon. I usually cook dinner and we just generally have a good time. Well today was  that day. Between that and the  PAD challenge, I am just plain wiped out.  This means that Serena’s nano is  lacking words today. I am hoping to make that up this week. Monday I have some new poems to share. I am likely going to schedule the post tomorrow. I am hoping to get some scheduled posts to take some of the pressure off. Thank  you all  for being with me through this. it helps.

Prompt : a darkest hour Poem A Day challenge

Nano update

So Serena had a file for this novel. It already had 4058 words written within. The word count on the document at the end was 5928. This means that she has a final word count for the day of a stout 1870.

I did two poems today instead of just the one planned.

Today was a good writing day. So I ask… What did you write today?

Poem A Day challenge

Today the prompt was thought provoking. If you are interested in joining the poetic travels… Here’s the first one Poetic Asides. I will post the link with the poems that come of it. I am going to in addition to the planned posts, in November, try to post the daily poem. If you do join me, comments are welcomed of your take on the prompt. Now… If I don’t do the prompt, I will still be posting the poem and the prompt I choose in place. Follow me to see more.

Clock

Inktober prompt: clock

Hours ticking shortly,
Quickly passing day.
Watching as the seconds
Tick tick tock away.

Old warped wood,
Brass fittings styles.
My pretty life control
Hanging on the wall.

Twelfth night inktober

Graceful bulk
Through the sea,
Singing giant
Moving so easily.

Gentle beast,
With a nature sweet.
Peaceful creatures
Swimming with ease.

Sharing the mood

Haunted the prompts on tumblr and found two I liked by two different blogs. (Due to the fact that my blog does auto post… Tumblr is seeing these twice. Lol) Thought I would share with y’all.

Teaser please

I have been working on a Instagram challenge this month. #igwritersoct. A lot of it is taking pictures of my writing tools and books. But today is #teasertuesday and the topic was Teaser. Now… I could have just posted a Teaser for Life, Guilt, and Undeath… Serena can always use the exposure. But I am getting near to having this book done.

Poem offering

I did say that I was going to write something in lieu of the poem with my inktober offering. This is what I wrote. See you tomorrow with my day six inktober.
