My Thoughts
the problem with trying to do book reviews is I have always been a voracious reader. And while I have met books I didn’t care for those too can make reviews. this book felt like I was revisiting old friends as it was several years after watching the show discovered it. If you enjoyed sttng I recommend this book. the characters were on point. and it feels like it fills in Deanna and rikers story.

I know I wrote… but I can’t actually tell you how much I got done. This week was chaos. my birthday was fun and full of shenanigans. (no I will not be exposing them to the world) Those who need to know will … lol
I realized something though. I have forgotten the word for the year. I was supposed to be giving myself GRACE. What that means is though I have goals for the day I need to look at any writing and say I did good… I wrote something. no matter what.
I know I missed the post yesterday. i was mostly imitating a corpse. Saturday night I was feeling pretty exhausted and I checked my blood sugar. it was 595 before I ate. so I ate and took my night meds then went to bed.
Yesterday my youngest son forced me to get up to eat and take my shot and meds. my blood sugar was 210. but I was still so tired.
i woke up around 630 am this morning. my sugar was 200. and I am feeling better. I believe that the high blood sugar was the reason why I crashed. so I apologize for the missing post yesterday but I was just too sick to deal with it.

I was able to spend time with Joe on his birthday. and yesterday we had curry to celebrate the shared birthday month. First time trying goat curry. I enjoyed it thoroughly. (Nawab fine dining in Kanawha city, Wv. pricey but so worth it)
I will be hopefully able to get some writing in this week but since Friday is my birthday…I don’t guarantee that. I may be spending the day playing video games or reading my new books.
