Did you ever watch the Care bears? Ever want to see the bears get up to shenanigans? Then I have the perfect comic for you! Bear Nuts! The art is very reminiscent of the show, but the humor is more twisted and has a lot of a darker twist to it. I highly recommend this one.

Today the prompt was to write a panel poem. He gave all sorts of suggestions for what a panel is…but I am an old comic nerd….so I saw panel and thought comics.

Found another NEW one! Trying Human Came across my Facebook feed. It seems to have some sci-fi and some horror aspects. The art is very graphic novel quality. (Which on reading the About page to find the update schedule was apparently what they were aiming for) It says they update 3 times a week. I will be trying to get caught up on what looks like a fun story. Join me.

Ever think that the idea of being a geek was something worth hiding? Well, the authors of Weregeek took that and ran with it…
It started in 2006. It has a wonderful story and the art is worth looking at. I enjoy the comic, though i am behind on it at the moment.

So I am always looking for new webcomics. A friend of mine told me that his wife had started one. It is so far off to an excellent start! Join me in reading Of Coffeehouses and Cupids.
The art, to my eye, has a very manga feel to it. I love the characters so far and I am seriously looking forward to reading more.

In this alternate reality of The American Revolution, battles are fought with electric guitars and loud music! Tension is rising in Boston, as the colonial militia band, The Paul Reveres, square off against the British regiment, The Union Jack-Offs, in this epic radtacular pursuit of life, liberty, and PUNK ROCK!
The Paul Reveres is written and drawn by Tina Pratt and updates every Monday.
*Description copied from the comic’s about page.
The art on this is really cute. It has an almost high school art feel. I love the characters and the general feel of it. It reads like history and fantasy at the same time
I think it will be a fun read for y’all.

Awkward Zombie is Cute and geeky. It updates about once a week. There are multiple topics and it seems to run the gambit of the awkward geek.

Bear Nuts is a cute Weekly comic about a group of adorable bears. The art is truly cute. It updates on Mondays…and it takes me to the same places that Saturday morning cartoons did. Imagine Carebears on the ALT side. It is a cute time-waster…with a lot of emotional topics thrown in.
This is going up early Thursday morning due to a nasty migraine on Wednesday. However go check the comic out, you won’t be sorry.

Carciphona is a fantasy manga, written, drawn, and self-published by Shilin. Currently, at volume 8, updates are posted once a week on Mondays with 2 pages.
This is a truly beautiful bit of art. I admit to reading it mostly because I enjoy the art. The story is not bad, Just I find the art more of a draw.

Today’s comic is a Kaiju experience: https://www.neomonsterisland.com
This one is a twisted Kaiju theater. It has a really twisted sense of humor. It is funny but it often is not right. I am not sure how often it updates, but I have yet to not enjoy an update.
