2026 PAD Challenge Day 7

2026 PAD Challenge Day 7

my response is:

under the midnight sky
tis easy to feel the hand
              of the goddess

to receive moonlight blessings
and dance in the glory of the divine.

when the rest of the world sleeps
tis easy to feel the joy of nature
and revel in the beauty the gods
                     blessed upon us.

2026 PAD Challenge Day 6

okay I set up the prompts and I already did this one once because it was stuck in my head but I really am trying to do the pad challenge using the Fae Corps Publishing prompts so …

my response is :

daisy chains
tied us together
in flowers and paper

childhood memories
tree trimmings
and moments in the world

each one precious
each one unique
a chance to be
young eternally

2026 PAD Challenge Day 5

2026 PAD Challenge Day 5

my response is:

all knowledge began
with the blank page,
a pen at the ready,
and oral tradition
ready to be written down.

without the blank page
the oral tradition dies
when the last storyteller
died without passing it on.

how much knowledge was forgotten
for the want of ink and paper,
or because the book was then burned?

2026 PAD Challenge Day 4

2026 PAD Challenge Day 4

Serena’s response is:

Dripping ink pours
from every pore

as if it were my
lifeblood leaking

I need to write to survive
and still it drips freely
as if I am unable to use it
fast enough

2026 PAD Challenge

2026 PAD Challenge

here is my response:

the child flies
on dreams given
lifted by faery wings
and soaring on
the breath of the gods.

For what else could they do
to weave dreams into
some form of reality.

faery wings and dreams
lifted by the breath of the gods
to be eternal and alift.

2026 PAD Challenge Day 2

2026 PAD Challenge Day 2

my answer to the prompt:

Forgotten Knowledge

is so easily found
in old books and dust

the old knowledge
stored in libraries
oft forgotten

2026 PAD Challenge Day 1

2026 PAD Challenge Day 1

my response…

in the twilight,

I found the perfect
                     partner.

dancing to the song
sung by the crickets
at the setting sun.

no steps out of place,
the rhythm of our souls
perfect as our bodies sway.
