this is the third time I have done a poem like this.

Sometimes, when we suppress our angers, and not let them loose, because letting loose will cause hell, so we keep, hovering them in, pressing them down, and eventually, we get, sick, because we cant find a viable, outlet, that helps us express these, negative emotions, in a, socially acceptable manner.
