Doing the poetry marathon has me at the point where I’m needing to pick the next volume. I usually ask here and on Facebook for opinions as to what I should do next.
which one do you like best ?

I am at hour five out of twelve. the prompts are good. this one had me opening a window to another universe. I am enjoying this and I am at the moment still keeping my poetry from it in a separate notebook to be divided later. I just wanted to share at least one.

I mentioned I was doing this again. I don’t know where the poems are going to go…not yet. So I have a separate notebook for them. I again signed up for the half marathon, but I am hoping to keep up with the whole thing. I will still be posting my Mermay challenge for today…just gonna be a little later.

I occasionally get introspective.
I keep a list of my personal books I have written as a guide to remind me of my own accomplishments. There are days where I don’t believe that I am worthy. That list helps me find my own worth on days where it feels like it doesn’t exist.
Now I have been told that my personal book list is daunting. I have been doing this publishing thing since 2010…and I still have a nasty case of imposter syndrome.
Most people who read my blog know that I write as Patricia Harris and as Serena Mossgraves.
Serena Mossgraves currently only has 11 books published. Not terribly daunting, but I can see it would be slightly intimidating .
Patricia Harris however has a bibliography of epic proportions. I counted 68 books published under that name. yeah it’s daunting. I have been doing better than I thought.
Sometimes I just need to remind myself that I have been doing things of worth.

what is Love for you ?
prompt is here

Though this is the last page
For this volume of poetry...
It is not the last I will write.
This is just another page
Pen to paper,
To which the poetry will flow...
And When the time comes
I guarantee more verse will always
Be there to go.
prompt is here

I feel the end of the volume
drawing closed and realize
that poetry doesn't end,
it continues as long as life
causes ink to hit the page.
Perhaps it is but a few more words
to weave the idea into the volume
I am currently writing that poetry
transcends space and time.
