So between the blog and Facebook, the most popular choice was Muse’s Masterpiece for the next volume. I am already started in on it.

I do not know if I will have Serena Doing anymore Poetry. I enjoy exploring the Darker poetry with her, but at the same time it is exhausting to have so many projects open at once. I am hoping to still have Xactly Poetic releasing in September. I have it over half way written. This year has been a busy writing year for me. I have released more volumes this year than I often do. I have a kid’s book I have been trying to get illustrated for Kid’s week in December.

A Debate with me

So I am finally done with writing Quiet Screams… and I have Anthology Alumni completed. I normally ask for suggestions on what volume is next… but I think that is not the case this time.

I have several that are in progress and I am going to try to get them done… plus I had the urge to write a poem for On My Way Home. (Basically themed to the title 😄. ) So I am going to claim it as my new volume and work on it and then some of the other ones that are in my in progress folder.

I still have to get the coloring book (color my art) set up for publishing in July. However I have the setup for the two volumes above…links are in the last word for each title…

Upcoming books… scheduled personally

June will see Immortality Release.

July, I am hoping to release my coloring book – Color My Art – and Quiet Screams and a new one Titled Anthology Alumni. I, as you can see from the lack of links, have not gotten a confirmation that I will be able to do all three of them in July.

I already have my kids week title in preparation. It is currently in the editor’s hands, and I am about to do the illustration in June.

About Anthology Alumni… Quite a few of my poems have been published in various places. Anthologies, websites, and ezines. I don’t usually put them in my volumes once I submit them to other things. So, I thought I would gather all of them up. Note where the original publication – if any – is. And create a new volume. Below 👇 is the cover for this.

A Quiet Scream

A lot on my mind… and a few people that I am missing tonight… so I am sharing an extra poem from the new volume. Immortality has been given a release date of June 9th. With any luck I will have Quiet Screams written by then and scheduled for release. This year has been a little busy.

Wild Wednesday

So, I was going to ask what I should do for the next volume… but I finished Immortality before I could get to today. Facebook suggested that I do Quiet screams next.

I actually want to ask a question. I had a live poetry reading thing in my local library. And I was extra nervous because of the parking situation with the library. It requires parallel parking. I can not parallel park. So my therapist suggested that I ask a complete stranger to do it for me. Is that normal? I feel like that is not normal and would create more anxiety. What do you think? Is asking for a complete stranger to park your only vehicle a normal thing?
