Once we allowed ourselves to, keep silent, about thing that shouldn’t have happened, we go from victim to, becoming, the, enabler. Becoming, psychologically, reliant on, a, substance, is, even more, difficult to quit, compared to just, an, addiction, without the, psychological, dependence on it.
