I can’t help feeling like this song is reading my mind. I often feel like a screw up. Whether I am or not. This one has been stuck in my head lately.

Announcements and That Truth Fairy

Last week was a bad one. I spent the majority of it down with a migraine. That unfortunately means that this blog suffered slightly, I try to keep up but as any who follow me know, sometimes it is not possible.

The Thoughts within will release September 18th. I am only waiting for it to be accepted by the printer, then I will post links.

This week I am gearing up for the Flea Market. We will be at Capital Flea Market on Saturday, barring any catastrophe. I will try to video the set up and post it.

I am now on TikTok…as Pattimouse of course. I post vids of my poetry and some of me reading. There will be no Monday Poetry this week, however I hope to be able to post the other normal posts.

Fae Corps’s Newsletter for September goes out on the first – My art is in there. If you have not signed up – Why Not? Every month the interns choose some art, some poetry, and some stories submitted for the newsletter. There are announcements, and who knows what else. (The fairy interns are a busy lot.)

The results are in.

Well that’s fun. We have a tie. Four votes each for gathering teardrops and fighting ignorance. Three votes for on my way home. Two votes each for crimson petals and thoughtcicles. And a vote for just verse.

So I have to choose the winner… But it is far less options. So I flipped a coin. Heads for Gathering Teardrops and tails for Fighting ignorance. I got a heads.

That is my next volume. I will have to let everyone know when I am able to publish the voices within.

Don’t we all feel alone sometimes? This song speaks to that lonely feeling. I often feel like this. I sit alone typing into a void…Is there anybody out there?
